Streamline Contract Management

Unitas Contracts Manager streamlines the management of Supplier contracts via a central catalogue based system that allows all contract details to be easily captured and maintained. The system is completely web based and provides your user base with an e-Catalogue tool that enables them to quickly search and drill down into up to date contract details including projected price variations.

The resultant reduction in paper catalogues combined with a comprehensive audit trail stimulates an increase in productivity, reduced admin cost, improved organisation control and a fast return on investment

Product catalogues can be set up to exactly reflect negotiated prices, discounts and agreed trading conditions with Contracted Suppliers. Unitas Contract Manager’s inherent pricing structure allows all prices, preferred suppliers and discounts to be diary dated, therefore allowing you to set either promotional prices or price changes based on a start and end date. The pricing structure works equally well for products that are priced by quantity, weight, length and/or volume.

Modifications to catalogue information can be immediately seen by the end user avoiding the need to republish whole sections of your catalogue.
